Enquiry source

This tab stores filtered source tags, the external referring domain, the landing page path and the observation time for 30 minutes. Browsing within the site does not extend that period; a new source visit replaces the previous record. Form submission includes this context in the enquiry email to help understand its source. It may be missing or inaccurate and does not verify a visitor’s identity; an unidentified source stays unknown. We do not record the referring page’s full URL, path, query content, search terms or ad-click identifiers in this source record. Closing the tab clears it. Clicking email or chat opens a channel; it does not mean an enquiry was sent.

Contacting us

When you submit a form, our Hong Kong server sends your enquiry and contact details to lynn@alishine.net. You can also use the separate email link and confirm sending in your email app.

Enquiry drafts

Message, contact details and selected files are temporarily stored in this browser on your device and expire after 30 minutes without edits. If the page is closed, cleanup runs next time the site opens; you can also clear the form manually. Submission IDs and session credentials are stored separately to check results without duplicate sending. These records from other closed tabs are cleaned up on a later visit after 30 days and contain no message or files. The site does not keep enquiry text permanently in a business database; sent email is retained in our business inbox for follow-up.

Attachment processing

When you submit, attachments upload to a private directory on our Hong Kong server with no public download links. Photos are oriented and metadata removed; HEIC / HEIF is converted to JPEG. PDFs are checked and regenerated; encrypted or digitally signed files, scripts and embedded attachments are rejected. This is not a guarantee of antivirus scanning. Temporary attachments are deleted after the mail server confirms acceptance. Unfinished uploads are retained for up to 24 hours and cleared on schedule; files in use are cleared after the operation ends. Sending-status and deduplication records are retained for 24 hours and regularly cleared, without message text or plain contact details. Attachments and filenames are not sent to advertising tags.

Email contact

Email sent to lynn@alishine.net is used to respond to your enquiry. Share only information needed for selection, installation or partnership, without passwords, payment card details or unnecessary personal information.

Language selection

On your first visit, a local DB-IP Lite database may select a language using the IP country, with browser language as a fallback. You can always change it manually. Your choice is kept for one year in the necessary alishine_language cookie. Visitor IP addresses are not sent to an external lookup service for each visit, and device location is not requested.

Connection logs

The server records basic connection information, including IP address, page path and time, to operate and troubleshoot the site. Access logs exclude URL query parameters and full referring URLs.

Optional ad measurement

When optional ad measurement is available, the Google Ads tag and related cookies load only after you allow them, to link advertising with successfully submitted enquiries. Google receives ad-click identifiers, page, device and connection information, and an enquiry receipt ID without customer details. We do not send the tag your name, email, phone number or enquiry text. After-sales requests, tests, duplicates and contact-button clicks are not counted as new acquisition conversions. Enhanced conversions and ad personalization are not enabled.

VK Ads measurement

VK Ads (Mail.Ru pixel) measures page views and successfully submitted enquiries. For visits detected in Russia by our server, it starts after an on-page notice is displayed unless you have previously declined. For other or unknown locations, it loads only after you allow it. Location detection may be approximate. Automatic activation is not recorded as your consent. You can turn VK off in the notice or change your choice in Settings in the footer; a decline is remembered until you change it or clear site data. An explicit allowance is remembered for 180 days. VK receives page, device, connection and related cookie information, events and source categories. Our event parameters do not include email addresses, phone numbers, messages, attachments, user identities or enquiry receipt IDs. Google settings remain separate. Withdrawal reloads the page and clears accessible first-party VK identifiers, but does not delete data already received by VK. Declining does not affect enquiries. A submission deduplication marker stays in this tab for up to 24 hours. Browser blocking or network failures may cause measurement gaps.

Optional website analytics and session replay

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you separately allow Website analytics and replay. Google Analytics measures page views, active time, scroll depth, configuration changes and enquiry steps. We send only known page, product and step identifiers, not names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text, attachments or filenames. Clarity provides click and scroll heatmaps and mouse-movement replay on content pages; the replay tool does not load on enquiry pages. These services may process page, browser, device and connection information and use analytics cookies. We do not set a personal user ID or enable Google ad personalization or Microsoft advertising data sharing.

Changing your privacy choices

Ad measurement and website analytics can be chosen separately. Before a choice or after a decline, tags for that purpose do not load or send measurement data. Your choice stays in this browser for 180 days and can also be removed by clearing site data. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change it. Earlier ad permission does not automatically permit the new analytics. Withdrawing permission reloads the page, stops the tags for that purpose and removes related first-party cookies accessible to this site. This does not delete data previously received by Google or Microsoft. Declining does not affect browsing, contacting us or submitting enquiries.
